My daughter's boyfriend had to take a court-ordered course for a traffic violation. He had court the following day, so he had to obtain the certificate. After completing the course, we came across an issue with the spelling of the name on the certificate. When I contacted Ms. Bryant, it was clearly after hours. Despite the time, she took time out of her evening to help in getting the certificate addressed. She was not only professional but so helpful and patient. I highly recommend Ms. Bryant and AIC. I intend to pass along the information to anyone that is in need of caliber services.

I can say AIC's customer service is second to NONE !!! I had an issue upon registration (due to my own misunderstanding) and then some tech-y stuff was happening toward the end of the course, but no matter the problem, both issues were addressed instantly !!! And I didn't feel like I was just another number to them... I felt welcomed every time I spoke to Giselle ! She's awesome - bless her sweet heart ! The program that my son is taking seems to be easy to read and informative enough to keep his attention. I highly recommend AIC should you ever have a need for one of these online courses.

Ms. Gisela and AIC. American Integrity Courses® are extremely proffesional and courteous. Wonderful Experience! I had a little trouble with the course and so I called American Integrity. Giselle answered the phone and worked with me to understand the reasons why I missed some of the questions. She was so sweet and thoroughly explained each one in detail. She really gave me a better understanding and knowledge on the course which will benefit me for the future!
